Confidence Glamour Spell

Purpose: To boost your self-confidence and self-esteem.

Ingredients:

• Yellow candle
• Lemon essential oil
• A small mirror
• A piece of citrine or clear quartz

Instructions:

1.) Light the yellow candle and place it beside the mirror.
2.) Anoint your pulse points (wrists, neck) with lemon essential oil.
3.) Hold the citrine or clear quartz in your hand and look into the mirror.
4.) Visualize yourself exuding confidence and strength

5.) While visualizing your new confidently strong self, say

6.) Keep the crystal with you as a talisman to remind you of your confidence.
