Freezer Spell for Binding Negativity

Ingredients:

• Small piece of paper
• Pen
• Black thread or ribbon
• Small freezer-safe container
• Water

Instructions:

1.) On the piece of paper, write the name of the person or thing you want to bind from bringing negativity into your life.

2.) Fold the paper and wrap it tightly with black thread or ribbon, saying:

"By this thread, I bind your ill, stay away, against my will."

3.) Place the wrapped paper into the freezer-safe container and fill it with water.

4.) Seal the container and say:

"Frozen here, your harm shall stay, far from me, both night and day."

5.) Place the container in the back of your freezer and leave it there until you feel the negative influence has dissipated.
